James 5:16 - Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

Mark 11:24 - Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Philippians 4:6-7 - Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Scripture makes clear the importance of prayer. It is a primary means of communication with God, offering us opportunity for confession, supplication and worship. Prayer produces an attitude of patience and leads us into greater dependence on God as we wait to see what He will do. At Gospel Chapel, we are intentional in creating space for prayer, both on a corporate and personal level. Please join us in prayer at the following weekly events:

  • WEDNESDAY Zoom Prayer Meeting / 7:00 am
