Doug Dunbar, Lead Pastor
Pastor Doug began as Lead Pastor at Gospel Chapel in April 2018. Sarah and Doug were married December 21, 1996, and they have five children: Kara, Cadance, Kristen, Caleb, and Corban. Friday is pizza and movie night in the Dunbar house and is pretty much sacred. Doug’s hobbies include music…and that’s pretty much it.
Favourite Movies: Star Wars (except the last three). Favourite Coffee: Caramel Macchiato. Favourite Dessert: Cinnamon Buns with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Eric Moes, Executive Transitional Coordinator
From January - March 2024, Eric will be assisting staff and volunteer leaders in continuing to pursue our vision and direction, resource ministry leaders and staff with strategic planning, and initiate and chair the Executive Pastoral Search Team. Eric brings a great love for the church and Gospel Chapel, along with skills in strategic planning and organizational clarity that will help us navigate this time of transition as we seek out a new Executive Pastor.

Lindsay Hiebert-Edwards, Office Administrator
Lindsay moved to Grand Forks in 2013 and is the newest member on staff. Lindsay has a background in administration as well as in health and community service related fields. She loves learning and building strong relationships with those in her community. Reading, writing, and hiking are a few of her passions. She tries to keep things real and wants to make sure everyone, no matter their circumstances or background, feels welcome.

John Kingma, Maintenance
Gospel Chapel would like to welcome John Kingma to our staff team. He is currently training in maintenance.
Jen Boschmann, Janitorial
Jen has been serving as janitor of the Gospel Chapel building since September 2018. She is married to her husband, Tony, and they have 2 grown sons.
She is grateful to the Lord Jesus for the opportunity to work here at Gospel Chapel.

Rick has been retired now for 3 years after working 40 years in the aerospace industry. He and Chris joined Gospel Chapel in 2019 after moving back to BC to be closer to family.
